What is your return policy?
You can return items for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that the shipping fee is non-refundable, and we only refund the cost of the items, not services. Refer to our Return Policy for more details.
I haven't received my refund yet. What's the status?
Refunds to credit cards can take 14-30 days as your bank processes the refund. We issue refunds within 24 hours, but the transfer to your card account is subject to your bank's processing times. For detailed information, please contact your card bank.
Will I receive a full refund for my return?
We provide a full refund for all returned items, excluding the return shipping fee and any non-returnable items.
Why do I need to authorize my order?
For security reasons, our fraud prevention team may randomly select orders for verification to protect our customers. If you've been asked to authorize your order, please provide the necessary information. Orders not authorized within a week may be cancelled on suspicion of fraud.
